Education for all – Attempting to broaden the reach of Education through technology
Often times, people think technology in education means that the teachers will be replaced by machines. However, the impacts a real human beings could have on one’s learning, the social experiences that lead to better education, cannot be replicated by any technology. This research project focus on augmenting this social/collaborative learning experience between students and teachers and exploring how diffract technologies could make students better at learning and teachers better at communicating knowledge.

Human Money Interaction: Designing for Personal Finances
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) has become more prominent in the corporate world. How do we ensure that human well-being is prioritized when we adopt and accelerate the deployment of such powerful technology, especially within the financial services industry where trust is paramount? How do we develop technology in a responsible way while continuing to innovate? How these technologies can be used to support underserved communities? How can they enhance the existing practices/cultural values? These are the questions I try to find answers for with this project.

Smart Agro – A Smart Agriculture Project
The world population is expected to reach 9.6 billion before 2050. The United Nations claim that the food production has to increase by 70% just to keep pace. They have also listed several barriers to fulfill this imperative. The Smart Agro project focus on finding solutions pass those barriers.

Metrix – Assisting managers to make accurate estimates on the Software Projects
Effort estimation is where software teams evaluate the relative size of a task or product backlog item based on how much effort it will require to finish. According to the University of Oxford, more than half of all major IT projects with beginning costs over $15 million massively exceed their budgets. In addition, the cost overruns increase by 15% for every additional year that a project is set to continue, making it more probable that it would go over budget and schedule. Activities involving effort estimation are crucial to the planning and managing of a software project to ensure its timely and cost-effective completion. This project aims at supporting engineers make better decisions on their software project estimations.
