Ultra-high resolution and advanced analytical scanning electron microscope facility (2011-2012)
Abstract
To develop a precinct within the Brisbane area of a suite of modern scanning electron microscopes that will satisfy the growing demand for both Ultra-high resolution and analytical electron microscopy investigations of a wide range of sample types. Two complimentary instruments will be purchased that will service researchers across two campuses and the close relationship between the facilities will ensure that collaborative arrangements for access will be seamless and satisfy research strengths in both Institutions.
