Qualifications

  • Doctor of Philosophy, The University of Queensland

Research interests

  • Ultra-low field MRI

We aim to enhance the accessibility of magnetic resonance technology by creating affordable, compact, fit-for-purpose magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners. We are developing portable MRI scanners that use the field strength from a few milliTesla to tens of milliTesla. These scanners can be used for various imaging, measuring, and sensing applications, whereas a conventional high-field MRI scanner cannot be used due to cost, size, or security limitations.
