Beck Wise teaches and researches in professional, technical and academic writing, with specialisations in the rhetoric of science, visual communication, writing in digital environments, and gender studies.

Current research projects include:

  • Medical imaging, argumentation and public culture
  • Reproductive health and access in Australia
