Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Applied Science, Queensland University of Technology
  • Masters (Coursework) of Science, Institution to be confirmed
  • Doctor of Philosophy, Institution to be confirmed

Research interests

  • Using GIS and geospatial data science to explore geographical problems

I am interested in using geospatial analysis and mapping to advance research that reveals patterns and relationships in urban and environmental systems. I have contributed to projects integrating spatial data with GIS tools to model park utilization, optimize cycling routes, and evaluate energy and watershed management.

  • Geospatial Modeling for Complex Geographic Inquiry and Decision Support

My research focuses on leveraging GIS, geospatial data science, and AI to address real-world geographic complexity. I analyze both structured and unstructured data using geospatial programming, spatial modeling, and natural language processing. I aim to explain patterns, understand processes, develop tailored solutions, and support informed decision-making in applied domains like urban planning and environmental management.
