Overview
Background
Amelia is a postdoctoral reseach fellow in the research team known as the ‘Calcium Signalling in Cancer Research Laboratory’. Amelia's reseach aims to investigate calcium channels as novel therapeutic targets for the treatment of breast cancer and to develop a new models to assess calcium signalling in cancer cells. She has publised in leading journals in her research field including Oncogene, Molecular Cancer Therapeutics and Cancer Research.
