Workspaces, cyber security behaviours, territoriality, conflict management and inclusion practices
Specifically, my research investigates three related issues towards improving employee well-being and productivity: (1) How team members' differing perspectives trigger conflict and how leaders can better manage interpersonal conflict for positive outcomes, (2) How workspace configurations activate conflict and shape team members' perceptions, behaviours (territoriality), productivity, and well-being, and how we can improve workspace design for positive benefits for employees and their organisations and (3) How cyber security is connected with employee behaviours, hybrid work, AI surveillances, and leadership.

Work physical environment, cyber behaviours, employee territorial behaviour and well-being in open-plan offices
I am currently working on employee cyber behaviours. I am also interested in the role of the physical work environment (e.g. open-plan office), hybrid working, virtual team, return to work, green/sustainable behaviours at work, and employee wellbeing.
This project is just a tip of the iceberg of what managers and researchers need to know about how open-plan offices might shape employees' behaviours in contemporary organisations.
