The politics of megadeals in the extractive industries (2014)
Abstract
The purpose of this project is to determine why are some attempted large mergers & acquisitions in oil & gas and mining industries successful and others fail. The project will identify and analyse key factors which have shaped the outcome of major attempted deals in the extractive industries over the past decade.
