Charter buses
UQ organisational units and on-campus colleges can hire charter buses for events and activities.
Belbaker
Belbaker is our preferred bus service provider. We have organised an approved pricing structure with them.
Their bus sizes range from 13-seat mini-buses to 71-seat coaches.
Book a charter bus
To book a charter bus request a quote via the Belbaker website.
Belbaker will respond within 48 hours.
Once you receive a quote:
- Email pfassist@pf.uq.edu.au to request parking approval
- Confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations with Belbaker.
Change or cancel a booking
- First email admin@belbaker.com.au to make the change
- Then email pfassist@pf.uq.edu.au to advise of the change.
Pay for your booking
Belbaker will invoice you directly.

Terms and conditions
- No food or drinks (except water) allowed on board.
- Seat belts must be worn when travelling.
- Coaches are cleaned before each trip. Avoid muddy footwear. Cleaning fees may be charged if buses are soiled.
- Advise Belbaker if you need to store goods, equipment or dirty items in the luggage compartments.
