Report a maintenance issue

Help us keep UQ campuses safe and functional by reporting maintenance issues promptly as a UQ student, staff member or visitor. 

What to report 

You can report:  

  • building and infrastructure issues – broken doors, windows, furniture 
  • electrical and plumbing problems – faulty wiring, leaks, blocked drains 
  • safety hazards – trip hazards, damaged pathways 
  • environmental concerns – animal welfare issues 
  • urgent faults – major leaks, power loss, faulty lighting or air conditioning.
