Teaching Innovation and Student Engagement
My research explores how educators use physical and digital spaces to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. I examine how spatial design, both in classrooms and online environments, influences interaction, collaboration, and knowledge retention. My work also investigates the role of innovative assessments in improving student preparedness for the workforce, focusing on authentic learning experiences, role-play exercises, and industry-informed evaluation methods to bridge the gap between academia and professional practice.

Circular Economy, Digitalization, and Corporate Social Responsibility
My research also explores the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in multinational enterprises, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-driven innovation. I investigate how blockchain and other technologies support waste reduction and sustainable practices, offering strategic insights for businesses aiming to enhance environmental and social responsibility. I study how digitalization and Industry 4.0 technologies enable the transition to circular business models, particularly in emerging markets.

My research examines the dynamics of business systems, internationalization, and innovation, with a focus on emerging markets. I explore China’s economic and business models, barriers to innovation, and the role of external knowledge in driving performance. Additionally, my work investigates foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and institutional influences on open innovation, providing insights into how businesses navigate complex global environments.
