Sustaining high risk indigenous tenancies (2007-2008)

Abstract

The aim of the project is to improve our understanding of the effectiveness of tenant support programs in sustaining at-risk Indigenous tenancies. The study is comprehensive in design cutting across all jurisdictions and rental tenancy sectors including public housing, the private rental market, mainstream community housing and Indigenous Community Housing Organisations (ICHO). The study considers both Indigenous-specific tenant support programs and mainstream tenancy programs which assist both Indigenous and non-Indigenous households.
