Systematic Review (2008-2009)
Abstract
A systematic review of the literature will be undertaken to assess the impact of compensation scheme design on health status. A particular focus of the review will be on the effects of compensation for non-economic loss ('pain and suffering') in both common law and no-fault schemes.
