Crisis support

For staff

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available 24/7, 365 days per year. During the holiday period, staff and eligible family members can make contact with the EAP provider.

For students

UQ Student Counselling and Crisis Line is available 24/7, 365 days per year: 1300 851 998.

IT support

The ITS Service Desk will be open with reduced capacity for urgent IT requests as per the table below.

Any service outages during the following operating hours can be raised by contacting the Service Desk who will escalate the request as required. For any service outages for local equipment outside the published hours please follow your local out-of-hours procedures.
