Wisdom and Wise Decision-making
My research delves into the concept of wisdom in decision-making, investigating the characteristics that define wise decisions and the processes through which they are made. I examine the integration of cognitive and emotional intelligence, ethical reasoning, and contextual awareness in making choices that are not only effective but also ethically sound and socially responsible. By exploring the theoretical frameworks and practical applications of wisdom in various decision-making scenarios, my work aims to enhance our understanding of how wisdom can be cultivated and applied to achieve better outcomes in personal, organisational, and societal contexts.
-
Knowledge Management, Knowledge Culture
My research in knowledge management centres on developing and implementing strategies to optimise the creation, dissemination, and implementation of knowledge in organisational settings. I investigate how various knowledge management practices, such as organisational cultures and technological tools, affect the efficiency and innovation capacity of enterprises. My work in this area aims to enhance organisational learning and decision-making by effectively managing both tacit and explicit knowledge. Through this research, I seek to bridge the gap between knowledge accumulation and practical application, driving sustained competitive advantage and continuous improvement in complex organisational landscapes.

Emerging Technologies
My research focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies and decision-making processes. I explore how innovations such as artificial intelligence and big data are affecting our decision-making capacity, and reshaping the way individuals and organisations make decisions. By examining the cognitive, ethical, and societal implications of these technologies, my work seeks to uncover how they influence wise decision-making in various contexts. My research not only contributes to our understanding of technological impacts but also aims to enhance decision-making strategies in an increasingly digital world.
