  • Practical Implementation of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples

    Domestic application of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples at the local level as it relates to treaty and agreement making frameworks; and the political governance and political representation of Indigenous Nations.

  • Treaties, Agreements and other constructive arrangements between Indigenous Peoples and Australian Governments

    Treaties; Peace Accords, Constitutional Recognition, Indigenous Land Use Agreements.
